It started with a 7-days seminar for new clients and then we delivered a 4-days seminar “Boost of staff”. Both seminars were delivered by Vladimir Sidorenko.

Then Marten Runow came and we delivered 3 more 1-day seminars for our licensed clients. They were: “Quick Start”, “Everything about suppression”, and “One more secret of Power”. The seminars went GREAT! At the last 3 seminars the number of participants was more than 50 people.

Right after these seminars all staff of Performia CIS, including the regional offices, gathered for the Annual Performia CIS convention. The convention lasted for 6 days and the first 3 days were used to perfect the skills of our regional staff on sales and in delivering Performia services. The remaning 3 days were used to cover accomplishments of the past year and the plans for the coming year. We also had a evening where we awarded the fastest expanding offices.

The Headquarters of CIS, located in Moscow, and their staff also received some very honourable gifts and commendations including a signed recommendation from a high Government Official as well as a Hymn for Performia professionally recorded.

We wish everybody a wonderful summer and a lot of expansion! We are in production and very soon we will start a long series of seminars all across CIS.

Got some time with my friend Marten Runow afterwards as well and we went over some exciting things regarding Performia here in CIS.

I thought I’s start a blog about my life and business when I have a minute here and there.

I’ve been operating in the world of business for 20 years now and the field which I am focused on is Hiring and understanding Man.
